Slow Baked, Seasoned Brisket

2 tsp. Garlic salt
2 tsp. Onion salt
2 tsp. Celery salt
2 Tbsp. Wocestershire
½ cup Liquid smoke
Trimmed brisket
Covered pan


1.) Pour Worcestershire sauce over brisket.
2.) Sprinkle with salts, and place in pan, fat side up.
3.) Pour ½ cup liquid smoke on brisket.
4.) Bake in oven @ 275 for 7 or 8 hours.
5.) Let it sit for 5 or so minutes before slicing.
