Fresh Broccoli Salad

3 Bunches fresh, washed, chopped broccoli
2 lbs bacon (cooked crisp and chopped)
1 can cashews (or almonds or walnuts)
1 cup raisins
1/2 red onion chopped

Sauce:
2 cups mayo
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
4 tablespoons sugar

Mix together and serve chilled

I usually cut way back on the mayo. Just add enough to lightly cover the broccoli.
