4-6 Hoagie Rolls
Beef steak (any kind will do, but the thinner the better)
1 Green pepper
1/2 Onion
Mushrooms
1 small tub Cream Cheese
Garlic
Slice steak into bite sized pieces, then fry them up with sliced green pepper, onion, and mushrooms. Season with garlic.
Slice hoagie rolls and spread cream cheese generously on both sides, toast in oven.
Place meat mixture on rolls and eat up!
