1 sleeve of saltine crackers
1 stick butter
1 cup light brown sugar
1 12 oz bag chocolate chips
pecan pieces to top
cover medium cookie sheet with foil, then spray with Pam. Lay out saltine crackers flat on cookie sheet not having them overlap.
Melt butter in small saucepan on low heat. Add brown sugar, stirring continually, it will burn easily, bring to light boil.
Pour brown sugar/butter mixture over crackers. Bake at 350 for 10 mins.
Spread chocolate chips over crackers. Let stand 1 min then spread chips evenly over crackers. Top with pecan pieces. Do not cover. Refrigerate for 2 hours. Break into bite size pieces. Store in a zip lock bag in Freezer.
