My mom made this all growing up. So yummy!! She would dip the chicken in eggs and would add parsley and paprika to the flour mixture. Awesome recipe!! So easy and healthy.
I made this last night and Paul loved it!! I made a few changes:
I left out the cornmeal and oregano and instead added paprika and parsley in the breading. Additionally, instead of dipping the chicken in milk, I dipped it in half and half with a few tsps of lemon juice. The lemon juice gave the chicken a little tang and it tasted great! I served it with beans and rice.
YUMMMMEEEE! Thanks. Definitely a keeper.
